• Competency-based HR Management - 2 days
• Recruitment & Selection - 2 days (incl. recruitment channels, selection methods and instruments, assessment centers, etc.)
• Managing Employees Performance - 1 day (incl. development of performance management systems, creating a positive performance culture, APA, SWOT, 360, etc.) 
• Training & Development - 2 days (incl. TNA & Career development approaches)
• Motivation & Engagement (How to improve the Employees experience in the company)  - 2 days (incl. HR approaches and responsibilities for staff motivation and retention, staff wellbeing, induction, recognition & rewarding, internal communication, succession planning, youth programs, etc.)

Module 3: HR Excellence skills - 2 weeks

• Change management for HR - 2 days
• Project management for HR - 2 days
• Time management - 1 days
• Work-Life Balance approach - 2 day
• Creativity workshop - 2 days
• Stress management - 1 day

 Module 4: HR Lead (only for Head of HR)

• Development of HR concept & strategy - 1 day
• HR KPIs - 1 day

 Certification - 1 week project work (distance preparation and presentation)
