This course provides a comprehensive overview of aviation safety topics, including the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders, such as airport authorities, service providers, airlines, national and international agencies and other key players. It contains critical principles and concepts related to safety management systems (SMS). The focus is on the aviation safety management system. The course is specifically designed for aviation professionals who need to engage with organisational management processes. Our experienced instructors will guide you through effective SMS requirements, the importance of human factors and principles of human errors, risk management and safety culture. Participants will acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to develop or maintain organisational SMS and raise aviation safety awareness among staff.
