Fatigue, stress and burnout management in the aviation industryThis course creates awareness about mental health. It is focused on developing practices and strategies to deal with stress at the workplace. You will be given the opportunity to explore your own experiences and identify private sources of anxiety and stress response and their impact on your performance and well-being. Using this insight, you will develop a set of coping strategies that can be used to improve your mental resilience. In this course, you will apply practical solutions to managing stress and preventing burnout. The course content is suitable for those who want to improve their neuroplasticity and overall health condition. The theoretical and practical parts are very balanced, and we provide short videos with exercises that affect stress and improve performance. In addition, we provide a neuroscience-based assessment tool called NAP, which measures individual neuro design, learning and performing patterns, overall neuroagility and different components such as coping with stress and different types of intelligence. This instrument can define the individual risk of human error, which is highly valuable in the aviation industry. This test is optional and not included in the course fee. The training is based on different training methods such as simulations, exercises, work with peers, individual work, case studies, etc., to develop a highly effective training procedure.
